Interchange Loddon-Mallee Region Inc. facilitates high quality, flexible respite, recreation and educational options in partnership with people with disabilities, families and the community which enables the person to pursue their own goals and aims, whilst families get a break. 

The range of programs provided by Interchange LMR covers your every need including:

All activies are guided by the philosophy of the ‘Active Service Model’ and directed by you.  Read below to learn more and find out specific inforamtion about each program.

Host Programs

A fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the life of a person with a disability. Is through our Host Programs.

Interchange matches a child with a disability to a volunteer host who can meet on a regular basis.

School Holiday Programs & Camps

Camps and School Holiday Programs are run during each school holiday period throughout the year.

Participants on these fun-filled programs have the opportunity to go away on three day camps, overnight breaks, two-day and one-day programs.


Interchange runs a three hour, play/respite program for under 6’s once per fortnight. Playgroup helps to promote children's independence in a secure and safe environment to play, learn and have fun.

Youth and Adult Social Groups

Interchange Youth and Adult Social Groups provide opportunities for participants to be socially connected with people their own age and shared interests.

Activities are chosen by the group members, and have included dinner, concerts, plays, bowling, sporting activities and more.

Customised Programs

Our Choice’ is a customised day program conducted by Interchange.

The program provides opportunities for participants and their families’ to direct services to achieve their personal goals.
