The October Bendigo Community Kids program participated in three days of fun while working towards their individual NDIS goals.
Activities on the first day included a visit to Lake Neangar to explore the playground and cooking pancakes on the BBQ, craft, ball games and a visit to Jumpz trampoline park.
Day two the group took the trek to Ballarat to visit Sovereign Hill. Participants learned how hard-boiled lollies are made, how people lived in the gold rush, saw a very impressive gold nugget and even had a go at gold panning!
The final day of the program saw the group watch a live stage show performance of Hercules,and made the most of the sunshine with some outdoor games.
