Hi, I am Leigh and I have joined Interchange as the Human Resources Officer.
I have over 15 years’ experience in human resources management experience, these have been in the not-for-profit sector, manufacturing sector and for the last 7 years as an external Workplace Relations Consultant working with a range of clients across a range of sectors assisting Clients with compliance. Prior to that I worked in Quality Assurance for 10 years. I have lived and worked in NSW, VIC and TAS.
I have a background in operational and strategic human resources management, payroll management, learning and development, work health and safety and quality assurance.
My last role prior to commencing with Interchange was as a full time Dad. I made the decision to become a full time Dad for approximately 6 months prior to my son commencing school to assist with the transition into Prep.
